4. Collection of data when visiting the website (server log files)

When you access this website, your browser automatically sends information to the server of our website, which is temporarily stored in so-called log files. The following data in particular is recorded:

This website is hosted using the “Cloudflare Pages” service and delivered via Cloudflare's global content delivery network. The provider is Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, c/o Mindspace, 80331 Munich, Germany (parent company: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Content for visitors from Germany is regularly delivered via server locations within the European Union (including Frankfurt am Main). The hosting provider is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, fast and efficient provision of our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Where data is transferred to the USA in individual cases, this is based on the EU standard contractual clauses and Cloudflare's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. Contact (contact form, e-mail, phone)

The contact form on this website does not transmit any data to our server. When you submit it, your e-mail program opens with a prepared message; the data is only sent to us by you yourself via e-mail. If you contact us by e-mail or phone, the data you provide (name, company, e-mail address, phone number if applicable, and your message) is stored for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is related to the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Applications

Applications sent to us by e-mail are processed exclusively for the purpose of the recruitment procedure. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG. Application documents are deleted no later than six months after completion of the procedure, unless you have expressly consented to longer storage.

8. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, marketing or tracking services. No information is stored on your device beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the page.

9. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are loaded locally from our server. No connection is established to servers of external font providers (e.g. Google Fonts).
